A real, traditional retreat takes place in Tibet in the isolation of civilization.

There the monk remains in deep meditation for three years, three months and three days. Your retreat will be personally organized and accompanied by the wise and experienced Tibetan shaman, Ngagpa Jorden Thinlay.
